Why We Built This

We were drowning in tools.

The tools were supposed to help. Instead, they became another job.

What we actually needed wasn't another tool. It was someone to handle the work. Someone who understood our context. Someone who would remember what we told them last week and apply it today. Someone who could coordinate across all the things we were trying to do.

So we built that someone.
