My assistant doesn't remember something I told them
Memory works within conversations and across your account. Try being explicit: "Remember that I prefer..." or check your Memory settings to ensure it's enabled.
The response isn't quite what I wanted
Give feedback! Say "That's not quite right, I meant..." or "Next time, please..." Your assistant learns from every correction.
I'm not sure what to delegate
Start small: email drafts, meeting summaries, research questions. Browse the Skills page to see all capabilities. Your assistant can also suggest tasks based on your work.
The app feels slow
Check your internet connection. If issues persist, try refreshing or clearing your browser cache. Still slow? Contact support.
I can't find a specific feature
Use the search in the app, or ask your assistant directly: "How do I [do something]?" They can guide you through any feature.

How do I reset my password?
Click "Forgot password" on the login page, or go to Settings > Security > Change Password when logged in.
Can I export my data?
Yes. Go to Settings > Data > Export. You'll receive a download with all your conversations and content.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Go to Settings > Billing > Cancel Plan. You'll retain access until the end of your billing period.
Is there a mobile app?
Yes! Download steadybase from the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android). Everything syncs automatically.
How do I add team members?
Go to Settings > Team > Invite Member. Additional users are $49/month each.
