steadybase provides digital workers—AI-powered assistants and specialists—that help users manage tasks, create content, conduct research, and accomplish other knowledge work. The Service is provided via web application and mobile applications.
Account Registration
Account Requirements
- Be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction)
- Provide accurate and complete registration information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Promptly update your information if it changes
Account Responsibility
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access. Accounts are for individual use—credentials should not be shared with others.
Subscription and Payment
- Billing: Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly basis.
- Automatic Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the next billing date.
- Refunds: We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for new subscriptions.
- Free Tier: We may offer a free tier with limited functionality.
Acceptable Use
Permitted Use
You may use the Service for lawful, personal, or business purposes consistent with these Terms.
Prohibited Use
You may not:
- Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
- Generate, store, or distribute content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, obscene, or objectionable
- Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or related systems
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
- Use the Service to send spam or unsolicited communications
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code
- Use the Service to develop competing products
Intellectual Property
- Our IP: The Service, including its design and features, is owned by steadybase and protected by intellectual property laws.
- Your Content: You retain ownership of content you create and provide. You grant us a limited license to use, store, and process your content solely to provide the Service.
- Output: Content generated by your digital workers based on your input belongs to you.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
- We do not guarantee specific results.
- Output may contain errors—you are responsible for reviewing and verifying.
- We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, STEADYBASE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM AROSE.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless steadybase from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or violation of any rights of another party.
Termination
- By You: Cancel your subscription and delete your account anytime through settings.
- By Us: We may suspend or terminate your account for violations or non-payment.
- Effect: Upon termination, your right to access the Service ends and you remain responsible for outstanding payments.
Dispute Resolution
- Informal Resolution: Before filing a claim, try to resolve disputes informally by contacting legal@steadybase.io.
- Arbitration: If informal resolution fails, disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration.
- Class Action Waiver: You agree to resolve disputes individually, waiving class actions.
General Provisions
- Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and steadybase.
- Severability: If any provision is unenforceable, remaining provisions remain in effect.
- Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware.
